About this Location
We are dedicated in helping our community to achieve healthcare excellence, from the youngest newborn child to the eldest geriatric patient. We do this by treating the whole patient through education and managing their acute and chronic conditions with high quality and compassionate care.
Our clinic has been servicing the beautiful Des Moines area since October of 1994. We have grown from a mere two-provider clinic to a four-provider clinic. We have two physicians and two physician assistants to treat all members of the family. All will coordinate care with referrals to specialist, if necessary.
