Payment Information

Highline does not billing insurance companies for Wellness Center Program Services.

• Services under the Bastyr Student model are offered as a reduced fee for service program, payable at the time of service. You will be provided with a copy of a super-bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Check with your insurance company.
• Northwest Natural Health Specialty Care Clinic will manage insurance and financial arrangements directly with individuals regarding naturopathic, acupuncture and nutrition services.
• Massage services are a fee-for-service basis. You may request a super-bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Cost of Services

Bastyr Service Model

Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (Friday afternoons)
Initial visit/New patient $25 to $55
Return visit $20 to $45

Counseling (Tuesday mornings)

Stress management, lifestyle, depression, and biofeedback
grief/bereavement and psychological counseling
$35 to $50

Naturopathic Services (Friday mornings)

Initial visit/New patient $30 to $55
Return visit $20 to $45

Northwest Natural Health Specialty Care Clinic (By appointment)

Fees and insurance billing is handled directly by their office. For an appointment or more specific information please call (206) 784-9111.

Massage (Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday and Thursday mornings)

Fees are based on length of service and range from $15 to $65.

Is a referral required?

Referral is not required for access to services. However, a referral may be required by insurance for any of the wellness services for reimbursement purposes.
