Inpatient Stabilization

We offer a short-term inpatient stabilization program where the primary interventions are education and relapse prevention. Patients may stay anywhere from one to two weeks, as we customize our program to the individual needs of each patient.

During inpatient stabilization, the focus is on disease education and completion of a personal use history if it is the patient's first time in treatment. If this is not the first time in treatment, the focus is on relapse scenarios and strategies. Following inpatient treatment, most of our patients continue with outpatient services for eight weeks.

Our experience shows that a short hospital stay with extended outpatient treatment is very effective in creating a strong foundation for patients to be successful in recovery. This also allows patients the flexibility to continue with their current work, school and/or family obligations.
