Car Seat Installation Inspection Station
A certified car seat technician will check for appropriate seat, recalls and proper installation on the third Friday of each month from 11:00 to 12:30 p.m. in the Cedar Garage on the Main Campus. Please contact the Highline Community Classes and Events Line for information.

Prenatal Yoga
Come and experience gentle stretching and strengthening movements that will provide deep relaxation and increase comfort during your pregnancy. Learn new ways of supporting your body through this time of intense change.

Preparation for Breastfeeding
Taught by a breastfeeding specialist. Recommended for women in their second or third trimester.

Preparation for Childbirth
Improve your understanding of the childbirth process and enhance self-confidence. Topics include breathing and relaxation techniques, pain management, labor interventions, a tour and much more. Espas clases se ofrecen tambien en Espanol.
Cost: $105 per couple delivering at Highline; $115 per couple delivering elsewhere. Medical coupons are accepted.
